I grew up in the Lowveld and graduated from Stellenbosch University with a degree in BSc Physiotherapy. Living by the motto that life is what you make of it! I am an extrovert and therefore getting all my energy from working with people. I enjoy the outdoors especially when exploring it through hiking and deep sea diving. I have a big passion for running, crossfit and swimming.
In my spare time l enjoy hiking, playing netball and anything exercise. And singing on top of my voice to absolutely any song l know!
I graduated from the University of Cape Town with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2020. I completed my community service at Joe Morolong Memorial Hospital in Vryburg. I worked in private practice in Rustenburg as well as a disability claims assessor for Momentum.
I love interacting and working with people, making a difference in other people’s lives even in the smallest way. Being a physio allows me to empower, educate, encourage and treat patients to perform and return to their highest functional level.
I am an enthusiastic and passionate physio who was born and raised in Richard’s Bay, KZN. I graduated from the university of Pretoria in 2023 with a degree in Physiotherapy.
I love working with people to achieve the highest possible results and effective care while empowering my patients with sound knowledge and understanding. I also pride myself in being flexible, adaptable and resilient.
I love spending my time with family and friends, especially if it is outdoors like hiking, swimming and deep sea fishing. In my quiet time, I do like to invest some time for myself to grow my mindset as well as personal and professional growth. I enjoy being in the process of becoming.
We also offer the following services:
Every patient is evaluated at the first session to establish where the root of the problem is and decide on a treatment plan. Exercises and rehabilitation are part of every series of treatments.
I firmly believe if you understand why we are teaching you an exercise that you are more likely to actually do the exercise. Knowledge and understanding also lessens fear – just by understanding why you have pain actually makes it less painful!
